Her expertise shines in low-rise residential production homes and custom residential architecture projects, underpinned by her status as a Licensed Technologist with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).

Office Mascot, Nap Expert & Morale Officer
Meet Peyton, the Four-Legged Architectural Muse of Christina Marinos Designs! Peyton may not have any architectural degrees (unless you count a PhD in Barkitecture), but she's an integral part of our team. As our Office Dog, she's in charge of morale, floor cleanliness (especially in the vicinity of lunch crumbs), and ensuring regular breaks for mandatory belly rubs.
Peyton's journey with CMD started when she decided that chasing her tail was less fulfilling than chasing architectural excellence. She may not know the difference between Art Deco and Art Nouveau, but she sure can differentiate between a good and a bad floor plan based on the optimal nap spots.
Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting everyone with boundless enthusiasm (or a disinterested sniff, depending on her mood), attending all meetings (especially if there are snacks involved), and providing a listening ear to any design dilemmas. Peyton firmly believes that every architectural problem can be solved with a game of fetch or a well-timed woof.
When she's not busy being the office's unofficial stress reliever, Peyton enjoys long walks that inspire our team's creativity, barking at inopportune moments during client calls, and dreaming about chasing squirrels in perfectly landscaped gardens. She's a reminder to the CMD team that sometimes, the best ideas come when you're not overthinking – maybe just chasing your tail.
